What is Acrylic Floor Coating, and what are its features?

Acrylic Floor Coating is a specialized road and flooring material designed for small or large areas, depending on its intended use. It can be applied in both open and closed spaces, offering aesthetic, decorative, hygienic, non-slip features, and resistance to weather conditions, temperature differences, heavy pedestrian traffic, and chemicals. It is composed of water-based acrylic resin and various synthetic modifications, specifically designed for sports fields, providing aesthetic and economical flooring solutions. It is preferably applied on asphalt or concrete with various colors using a special primer.

What are the advantages of Acrylic Floor Coating?

It is based on inorganic pigment, ensuring durability and resistance against fading. It possesses fast-drying characteristics, high color and gloss retention, resistance to alkali and oxidation, hardness, adhesion, bonding strength, and a long film life. It is waterproof and weather-resistant, providing strong adhesion while allowing the surface to breathe. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

1- PRIMER
Acrylic Primer for Tennis Court Surfaces Product
Description: Primer is a transparent, single-component acrylic polymer.
Intended Use: A single layer of primer is applied to the surface using rollers. Primer acts as a layer that tightly bonds the surface with the floor coating material.

2- RESURFACER
Acrylic Resurfacer for Tennis Court Surfaces Product
Description: Resurfacer is a concentrated 100% acrylic latex-bound polymer mixed with silica sand, applied to asphalt surfaces.
Intended Use: Resurfacer is used to increase the bonding degree between the concrete or asphalt surface where the tennis court system will be applied and the cushion system. It also fills the pores on the surface.

3- CUSHION LAYER
Product Description: Cushion is a tennis court substructure material containing special granulometric rubber and a high-performance latex binder without pigments.
Intended Use: Cushion is applied optionally on top of Resurfacer, forming 1-3 layers. This creates a compressed, homogeneous thickness of 1-3 mm with special rubber particles, providing elasticity to the surface.

4- COLOR LAYER
Silica Sand-Filled Acrylic Tennis Court Paint Product Description: Silica sand-filled, 100% acrylic latex-bound coating that can be produced in custom colors. It is a high-quality coating formulated with a specific texture to control game speed.
Usage Areas: Formulated with a rubber pull-squeegee for application, ensuring homogeneous distribution of silica sand to the smallest points of the surface, resulting in a smooth, hard, and tear-resistant coating. Color options include tile red, dark green, and light green. Usage Amount: 1,000 g/m2 (for 3 layers)

5- LINE PAINT
Acrylic Marking Paint for Game Area Lines Product
Description: Silica sand-filled/unfilled, 100% acrylic latex-bound marking paint that can be produced in custom colors. It is a high-quality line paint.
Usage Areas: Used for marking necessary lines and boundaries in game areas.
